Center through Unisys Technologies
· Works daily tickets through the ITMS ticketing system to include New Users Phone
set ups and Removals, Voice Mail Box activations, Extension Mobility, I.P.
Communicator, Call Routing, Hunt Groups, Route Patterns and Call Pick up

· Works Daily Add Moves and Changes Remotely for the San Angelo Data Center in
